Serve / maintain customer relations (99% expat customers):
Our company has 2 divisions: Sales & Rental. The sales division designs and manufacture high-end solid wood furniture for mainly the expat community in Jakarta, and also other region such as Balikpapan & Pekanbaru. Your duties will be to maintain relationship with the client, receiving furniture orders, and maintain general admin work related to sales.
The rental division provides furniture rental services for expatriates, individual and corporate. If you are accepted for this division, your duties will be to assist customer in ordering rental furniture, preparing the Rental Work Order, maintaining the rental customer, and dealing with house agents to coordinate rental furniture for the expatriates' residences.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
